Were looking for someone to transfer our apartment lease to, as were leaving due to new job. Start date is flexible (earliest December 1st) - lease runs until June 13 2021. You can renew the lease after. You will have to be cleared by the buildings lease manager.

It includes an Ikea 4 seater sofa, full size bed, kitchen table, sleeper sofa, large rug, 4 chairs, Malm 6-drawer dresser, wall-mounted roku tv and xbox one, night stand, coffee table, folding chair and canopy umbrella for beach, as well as kitchenware (all the basics + pans and pots, small blender, steamer, sodastream carbonator, scale), vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
