Rental Rate: $12/SF or $2,500/month
Property Taxes: $2,000 annually or $166.67/month
Insurance: $1,394 annually or $116.17/month
Utilities Responsible for: BPU Electric & Water; Kansas Gas. If the building is sub-divided then building owner will maintain utilities and charge each tenant 50% monthly for usage along with any existing Deposits currently on file with the utility company.
