How to Apply
You can apply online on our website www.core3pm.com, clicking the property you’re interested in and clicking the Apply button. Anyone living in the apartment over age 18 must apply and be a lease holder.
The application is a $35 non-refundable fee that provides us with your credit and background history. The requirements for our rentals are:
- At least 600 credit score
- No previous eviction balances or balances with previous landlords
- No felonies in the last 3 years
- Your Pay must equal at least 2.5 times the amount of the rent price
- A positive rental reference from previous landlord
What type of income will we accept?
- You must have local income (within 45 minutes of the home you are applying for) OR show proof you are a remote worker.
- We will NOT accept unemployment as your sole source of income.
- An offer letter with no contingencies.
Criminal Convictions
No felony convictions in the past 3 years, however we do take the nature of the offense into consideration. No lifetime registries at any time.
You must meet our minimum requirements to be offered a co-signer. Co-signers may be offered to some applicants based on the application as a whole. Having a co-signer apply does not guarantee approval. Application fees for unsolicited co-signer applications will not be returned. Co-signers are not offered in place of the resident, the person intending to live in the unit as well as the co-signer will be joint lease holders.
If you and your roommate (excluding children) meet all the above requirements, then you will work with the residential leasing agents to set up a move in date.
