Upon receipt, a $40 nonrefundable fee per occupant will be required for credit/background check. No subletting, no rent to own, no short term leases, no month to month leases. Minimum period of lease is one year. First month's rent and security deposit due upon acceptance of tenant. Please note- the bathroom only has a shower and there is not a tub.
