3. Receive a phone call within 24 hours to schedule your showing. One application is good for 60 days and will allow you to see any of our properties.

All applications must be filled out on our website at homeinvestorsllc.net. Please include two full months bank statements, proof of income, and a valid state issued ID. Failure to include these items will result in your application being declined. The non-refundable application fee is $39.00 and includes the application and all necessary reports. Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. Applications are required prior to showings and are valid for 60 days.

How our lease works – We only offer a 24-month lease. We do have a buyout clause in our lease if for some reason you need to vacate. Our leases are signed electronically, and each individual has a login to our tenant portal to make payments, track their payment history and make maintenance requests.

We allow 2 pets maximum, pet fees do apply.
