We pride ourselves on fanatical customer service - all tenants will receive a response to maintenance requests or general inquiries within ONE business day.

This unit is Available as early as MARCH 1st for move in and includes 1 outdoor assigned parking space WITH THE OPTION TO LEASE A SECOND, ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT, sewer/water, snow removal and scavenger. Please note, this unit is available for a minimum of a 14 MONTH LEASE.
We allow one pet per apartment, with a weight limit of 30 lbs. (breed restrictions apply and we do not allow breeds we deem aggressive). There is a $300 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE AND A $20/PER MONTH PET RENT.

Please note that after seeing the apartment, a prospective tenant 18+ years that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a non-refundable $60 application fee per applicant. Please note, we will run a credit check and require a 700+ Transunion credit score. We also complete both employment and income verification, including submission of the two most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income. If an application is approved, in order to reserve the apartment, we require the following: #1. Signed lease, #2. Security Deposit #3. Non-refundable Move-in fee of $350 #4. Non-refundable Move-out fee of $350. Before scheduling an appointment, please make sure you meet credit qualifications AND other income/financial qualifications. Please also note, the first full month's rent is due a minimum of three business days prior to the key pick-up.
