There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays: $65 flat fee for W/S/T, plus Superior Satellite & Idaho Power. Lease terms are 12 months.
$10 Monthly HVAC filter fee will be due in addition to rent.
A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.
A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 will be due at lease signing and a $350.00 non-refundable floor cleaning fee will be due at the end of the lease.
Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 7 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 7 days of the expected availability date.
Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $40 mo/rent and pet screening per pet prior to move in. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
