This spacious 2-bedroom duplex in Boise is located near shopping and dining! This unit features a large living area with ample amounts of natural light.

The kitchen opens up to a dining area with access to the back patio. It also has hardwood floors and ample cabinet space.

The bedrooms are large and have good-sized closets & share easy access to the bathroom.
Moving onto the bathroom which has a large mirror with built-in storage and a big shower/tub combo. There are washer/dryer hookups in this unit as well!

There is a $30.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older.

A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.

A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. $350 of the security deposit will be a non-refundable charge, and withheld, at the end of the lease for floor cleaning.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 14 days of the expected availability date.
