We really love this home! Owned by a local musician and chef it won't take long for you to realize why Phil bought this home and delights in sharing it with others. From the moment you turn into the wonderful tree lined neighborhhood and park in front of The Little Blue House - you will know you've reached a special home. The walkway to the front door and front porch is lined with flowers. The covered porch is a great spot to sit and chat or watch folks walk and ride bikes by on Longmont. Inside, you will find an awesome pull out love seat that is perfect for curling up to read a new novel or gaze at the beautiful stained glass art suspended in the huge front windows. The living room features gorgeous art pieces from several local artists - immediately connecting you with the local area artisan culture. In the dining area, a large table is set for 4 (an extra leaf and two chairs could make it 6 if you'd like) and the local art continues to stretch around the walls of this high ceiling home.

To the right is the master bedroom which features a queen size MLILY 10" Harmony+Gel Memory Foam mattress Certi-PUR US Certified (top of the line and a truly restful night's sleep). Bedside lights on either side. a small walk in closet that is just right for a couple. An awesome vintage dresser with a Roku Streaming TV - perfect for snuggling up to watch a movie on Netflix.

The second bedroom has a wood Chinese daybed with stunning details carved into the vintage surface. This twin size bed is very comfortable and provides a great night's sleep. The built in closet storage and drawers easily fit everything you've brought. Through this bedroom is the bathroom with shower and bathtub combo. We feature EO brand hand and body soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. You'll also find a blow dryer and make up mirror for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped for crafting delicious meals. Fresh locally Roasted Coffee beans, a grinder, a french press, a drip machine, a selection of teas and kettle to help start your morning right. Full place settings including flatware. Pots and pans, mixing bowls, salad spinner, blender, cutting boards, knives, cooking utensils, etc. Appliances include full size fridge, electric range with four burners and oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a full size washer and dryer tucked away behind the curtain. Laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap and cleaning supplies provided.

In the large grassy fenced backyard, there is a brand new 5 burner gas grill with extra propane just in case. The table and chairs are shaded by an umbrella and positioned on a paver patio. An ancient black locust anchors the yard in the Northwest corner.

A short stroll out the back gate will take you to Black Rock Coffee. This modern coffee shop provides the perfect pick me up and atmosphere when you need a quick change of scenery.
