We are looking for quiet respectful tenants to enjoy and take care of this very nice non-smoking unit and live in harmony with the other tenants. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. The manager wants to meet the pet and discuss pet care with prospective tenants.
Each unit has an assigned covered parking space with a locking storage locker, and there is plenty of on street parking next to the building. There is a laundry room in the building with new high grade machines. No charge to use the laundry!
Located in south Everett on a bus line, the location makes for easy access to I-5, Seattle and Everett.
Rent is $1325 a month. Minimum six month lease, damage deposit $1000, credit check required ($25). An additional pet deposit is dependent upon the size and type of pet. Tenant pays electricity, owner pays water, sewer, garbage.
Move in costs are first months rent, damage deposit, and pet deposit if applicable. Credit and background check are required at a cost of $25 to the applicant.
Manager lives on site and can show the townhouse by appointment.
