Condo is fully furnished and complete with large screen TV, stereo, Central air, super hot water never runs out, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, entry foyer with closet, the living level is the second floor of the buidling with bright west views, and the upstairs bedroom level with jacuzzi tub shower has west windows overlooking Fitler Square neighborhood and University City and Fitler skyline to the West.

The block has every service amenity needed, the grocery store is 2 doors down, the UPenn bus drops within the block, all major transit systems connect thru here. Simple 10 min walk to Upenn and chop and is the beautiful South st bridge and airport line. Close to South Street Bridge and Route i76. Ants Pants Breakfast and Lunch Cafe across the street. My Thai, Phoebies Ribs, Grace Tavern, Omega Pizza, Baklan Restaurant, Starbucks, wawa deli, cvs, French cafe, Kims dry cleaning, shoe shop, cat vet, bike shop, watch repair, art gallery, hair salon, barber, Persian rug store are all close by. A fountain urban platz is across the street. A la carte house cleaning available.

We have no parking. Free Parking is on street by city permit and unlimited but tight, or free overnight 8-8, however you may find online parking spots are $385/month or try spotHERO.
