Location, Location, Location! You will be just blocks from Hawthorne and Division Streets, which are the heart of Portland. An abundance of shopping and restaurants are just a five minute walk away!

Southeast Portland is rich with character, history and the unique twist of Portland that makes this place so special. There are so many places to explore its hard to list them all. Just put on your walking shoes and head down Hawthorne or Division district for the day. There are a few parks close by as well (Mt Tabor, Portlands urban volcano, is just 20 blocks east or beautiful, historic Laurelhurst park is nearby at 39th & Stark St).

This spacious 4-bed, 2-bath will have you feeling right at home in the heart of Portland! The home is split into two units, upstairs and down, and both have lovely living rooms, dining rooms and fully-stocked kitchens. The downstairs unit also has a sleeper sofa, if youre looking to accommodate ten guests total in the house.

Downstairs, you can spread out in the cozy living room with lots of big windows, a large comfortable couch, fireplace (alas, no fires allowed!), and gorgeous detailed built-in bookshelves. Sit on our front porch and soak in that rare Portland sun.

Upstairs, skylights and bright cheerful space abound! A comfortable couch, and cozy living room & dining table with bright accents will welcome you. The master bedroom even has a lovely back porch for relaxing after a long day exploring this beautiful city!

Two fully-stocked kitchens are yours for cooking in if you crave a night at home after checking out the plethora of Portland restaurants right just blocks away. The downstairs dining room is a bit larger and has a round table for everyone to circle around.

BIKES: Rent a cruiser for the day, with lock. Bike rental available for 1-2 bikes $20 per day. 3-4 bikes are $40 per day. Or rent all 4 for your entire stay for $60. Helmets and locks included. There are two people bikes and two gal bikes.

Everything you see in the house is available for your use... shampoo, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. There should be extras of everything; please let us know if something is missing and well try to accommodate as best we can.

Guests also have access to laundry room in the basement, details are listed in the welcome packet at the house.

You will have access to bikes in the garage, should you want to join one of the countrys most active bicycling communities and see our city the true Portland way!. Just let us know and well get you the bike lock code! Daily fees apply.

If you have a little one, we have a pop up crib, high chair, and even a stroller so you dont have to pack them!

HOUSE RULES ** Not a party house **
The home is in a neighborhood with residents who work and live normal hours and appreciate guests who are respectful of this. The house rules state no parties and outdoor noise after 10pm. I wish to be up front regarding the need for guests to be respectful of the house rules. Its important to make sure the house will be a good fit for your group. I tend to shy away from friendly parties and large groups coming to town to party for a weekend. I have made a few exceptions based on the guests implicit understanding and acceptance of the house rules. I havent had to ask guest to leave prematurely due to getting a call from the neighbors at 2am and I would like to maintain that record. With being up front and with your help we can make sure the house is a good fit for your stay.
