This ad is for a fully furnished large 1BR apartment in Hells Kitchen in a luxury, fancy, doorman building that has many amenities. We would be sharing the unit, I need the unit Thursday to Sunday and you an use it Sunday to Thursday and depending on if I will be using it, you can have it to Friday or through some weekends. This is perfect for a single individual, no couples, who just needs a place to sleep in the city during the week and needs a turnkey option. Since subletting is technically not allowed, you wont have access to many of the amenities in the building and would prefer if you entered and exited throughout the side entrance of the building. This person will have to be discreet about this arrangement, we will meet every Sunday to do the key exchange. Units in the building usually go for at least $3500 a month for a 1BR so this is a bargain even for a share, you will have the entire apartment to yourself Sunday to Thursday, please do not have any guests in the unit either.
