My homes charm is in its quirks -- including an almost soothing crick when walking over certain floorboards of the original hardwood flooring. Among the homes unique qualities is its central oil heating system. While effective in keeping you warm, its also very expensive (and not awesome for the environment) so I ask guests not set the thermostat above 65 degrees.
Guests may enjoy a semi-enclosed patio area with accent lighting for the evening and a fully enclosed backyard for your pup to run around in. Theres even a doggie door! In addition to the outdoor areas, guests can get their work done in the sunroom at a beautiful mid-century modern desk or curl up with a book while listening to the daily news via Amazon Echo.
In terms of location, this rental is key. Literally a 1-minute drive from the Pyramid freeway entrance, you can arrive in downtown Reno in minutes, Donner Lake in 40, Springs in 10, South Reno in 20, Pyramid Lake in 20 and the Tesla Gigafactory in 25 (traffic permitting for all
of the above). The cherry on top: youre 5 minutes walking distance from In-N-Out. Animal style fries + strawberry shake for the win!
Looking to get lucky? A 10-minute walk gets you to the Blackjack tables at the Nugget. If youre gonna head in that direction, I highly recommend getting an iconic pan roast from the oyster bar.
Last but not least, wash + dry your clothes on site in the bonus room?so you can stay looking so fresh + so clean.
