INSIDE THE CONDO

This cottage-style condo has everything you would want, and more. It is on the ground floor and spans one level so you won\'t have to worry about stairs.

Upon entering the condo, you will be welcomed into the bright and airy living room fit with a large sectional couch and flat screen TV. The living room is open to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Right around the corner, you will find the guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. The spacious master suite, your own private oasis, is right down the hall. It boosts a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks, separate vanity, and walk in closet. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower and a separate laundry room are right down the hall as well.

EATING

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies you\'d need for your getaway including pots and pans, dinner ware, coffee maker, toaster, and all other major appliances. The spacious kitchen island is fit with three bar stools for convenient dining and the kitchen table has four chairs as well.

THE LOCATION

Walk the boardwalk to the beach for the sunset or head east to check out Chinook Pier, the farmers market, splash pad and the art fairs. Or grab a chair and head down to the large grassy area by the channel and watch the famous musical fountain show or holiday fireworks. It\'s a two block walk to downtown with its many restaurants, shopping, Central Park, and so much more.

The heated association pool is available for your use from Noon - 5 PM.

Parking: There is a grass pad in front of the condo that has parking for two vehicles (bumper to bumper).
