Located in the heart of Bostons historic North End, this single cottage, intentionally flooded with natural light from the skylights, was originally built as a sculptors studio before the turn of the last century.
For the past 95 years this property has been one of the most charming residences in the North End.
The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and luxurious. The living room is old world with rough pine paneling and brick fireplace.
The dining area seats four and the living area has a double recliner, an antique rocking chair and a smart 40 inch cable TV
The cast iron spiral stairway takes you to the cozy bedroom loft, which looks out into the stars through the skylights.
The bedroom loft has a full size bed, a laptop work desk and a large dresser.
Outside on the patio there is a table with umbrella and chairs, where you you can enjoy your morning espresso or your evening glass of wine.
The North End, Boston?s ?Little Italy,? is famous for its Italian food and feasts. It is Boston?s oldest neighborhood, a one-square-mile waterfront community not far from Faneuil Hall with a population of about 10,000.
With close to 100 restaurants and Pastry shops, you just cant go wrong if you like to eat.
