La Maison Carondelet is a beautifully restored, mid 1800s era home built in the Greek revival style. Our fully furnished guest house has 3 bedrooms (plus a double parlor of which half can easily convert to a 4th bedroom,) 2 baths, large gourmet kitchen, scenic balconies, and a spacious landscaped patio with a hot tub. Centrally located and just one block off St. Charles Ave. and the streetcar line, there is no better way to enjoy New Orleans than in the privacy and comfort of La Maison Carondelet.
Our guesthouse is available year round and can accommodate groups of up to 10 people or events of up to 80. Our pricing ranges from $350 to $900 per night depending on season, special events, # of guests & length of stay. (Please contact us for event pricing or discounted weekly and monthly rates.)
