Looking for a re-let for a wonderful 1 bedroom Ravenswood apartment as soon as possible. Due to extenuating health circumstances I need to move back in with my family in the suburbs. Looking for someone to break my current lease and re-sign as soon as possible since I cant actually stay in the apartment but Im still paying for it. The lease goes through 7/31/19. Youd work with ICM properties directly so all fees and rent are paid to them. includes water and sanitation. Renters insurance required but you can easily get it online after you sign.

No security deposit required, just a application fee and a move-in fee upon signing ( total move-in process).

This is a great apartment in a fantastic location, less than 10 minutes walk from the Damen brown line, a really nice Marianos/LA Fitness/Ravenswood Metra stop all right next to each other, CVS, a Pet store, a large laundromat, barber shops, tons of restaurants, etc. Youre basically across the street from Gios Bar and Grill, a solid dive bar with decent food (and on grubhub so you dont even have to talk to someone when ordering pickup).

Not to mention youre a ~5 minute brown line ride, ~10 minute drive, or ~20 minute walk from downtown Lincoln Square.

Youre also only a ~25 minute Metra ride from Ogilvie station, and about ~40 minutes from Ravinia. Perfect for loop commuters and concert goers!

Youre also right off of Damen so north/south travel by bus is extremely easy, theres a bus stop on the NW Ainslie corner. Its also very close to Lawrence, which is another major east/west street. Also close to Foster which easily connects to 94.

Last but not least, lots and lots of trees around! Really nice in the warmer months.

Overall a very spacious 1 bedroom, perfect size for 1-, and with central air!! Pretty hard to find in this area, especially in the older buildings. Includes 1 giant utility closet and 1 linen closet each connected to the main room, and then theres a decent sized closet is in the bedroom - I think it qualifies as walk-in? Not huge but you can stand fully inside it with ease. Hardwood floors throughout. Curtain rod holders are already installed over the main room windows, you just need to provide the rods and curtains. Water gets super hot in both kitchen and bathroom and the shower pressure is awesome!

Cats are allowed but not dogs.

Lots of counter space in the Galley-style kitchen with ample room for a kitchen cart or shelving. Great for someone who likes to cook. Includes microwave. The oven was replaced brand new a few months ago and has been only lightly used. It works great and even burns a little bit hot, standard size so can be used to cook in bulk. Unit also includes Dishwasher (recently inspected by a technician) and in-building washer and dryer.

The property is managed by ICM Properties and Ive had a great experience with them. Theyre very quick to respond to maintenance requests - after telling them the old ovens pilot light went out (not urgent), they came to look at it within a day and completely replaced the oven within a week.

There is free parking in the area as well.

I would have loved to stay in this apartment for the foreseeable future, if werent for my specific circumstances.

If youre the kind of person that values location and functional convenience over aesthetics like me, its 100% worth the money and then some. I wouldnt need to own a car for as long as I lived here.
