For a lease between 6 months and 12 months, monthly rent would be $5,150 plus 4.712% GET (General Excise Tax) Tenant will be responsible for electricity. Water, sewer, trash, cable TV and internet are provided by landlord. All occupancies require a one time exit cleaning fee of $450 to be paid by occupant. An additional refundable security deposit of $4,000 is also required.
For a lease of 1 month or longer, monthly rent would be $6,500 plus 17.96% GET/TAT/OTAT for dates between September and November. Monthly rent for December through March of 2023 (if available) would be $7,500 plus 17.96% if current land use changes will permit 30 day leases. If not, property will only be available for 90 day leases begining Oct 23, 2022. Tenant will be provided with water, sewer, trash, cable and internet with a $400/ month electrical allowance and a one time exit cleaning fee to be paid by occupant. An additional refundable security deposit of $4,000 is also required.
