Located on Snead Island, Palmetto, the activities are endless as Emerson Point Nature Preserve is less than a mile away and Anna Maria Island is a 20 minute drive (even faster by boat!). There are bikes and Kayaks provided by the owners, a private beach with fire pit and seating, covered dock with seating and lighting, screened in lanai with propane fueled fire feature, patio off the master bedroom with sun loungers. Only 15 minutes to the Sunshine Skyway, 20 minutes to I-75 for convenience of travel, but tucked away on more than an acre of some of Florida's most beautiful natural landscapes. Wifi, HDTV, USB charging outlets, and wireless speakers are throughout the home to add convenience and additional luxury to your stay. It's quiet, private, and there is always a calming breeze off the water. Sunsets are flawless, the fishing is superior, and quite frankly, it simply doesn't get any more relaxing than spending any amount of time at this home. Minimum stay is 7 days, but the owners (and we know you will too) prefer a longer stay... especially during high season. This home is just as appealing in the summer months as it is in the winter months with all it has to offer guests. Fishing enthusiasts, you have found your destination!
