Third bedroom has a comfy sofa that can be used for guest as a bed in a pinch but is not a pull out bed and TV. This Third Bedroom is set up more as an office and may not meet your needs for long-term bedroom.

Down stair has a half bath and recently been remodeled in a Modern design. The living room has a high end media center with a 75 inch 4k television.
