The home is located about 10-15 min from the center of town and is in the pathway of the future expansion. The I-11 from Las Vegas to Mexico is currently being mapped but its supposed to run thru where this home is located. NikolaMotors is being relocated in October 2018 and they will be beginning to build their plant about 5min from the home beginning Jan 2019. This is the perfect home for anyone coming out for bi-annual outages at the power plant and for anyone who will be working in the area. There are very few short term rentals in the community. Fully furnished with utilities included up to a combined maximum amount of allotted towards Electric and Water. The credit towards Electric & water is included in the rental price.
