We are honest, friendly, and caring people. We are seeking tenant (s) who are easy-going, clean, not smoking, do not have pets, and caring the house. A credit score of 750 or above and a monthly income of $3750 or higher are essential for a successful application.
Online application via Zillow is required before scheduling a tour of the house. If there is more than one adult tenant, each adult tenant should apply independently. In your application, please include the following information: move-in date, number, and ages of all tenants, current past (5 years back) employers with references, current past (5 years back) residence with references, eviction history (even if it has already been cleared), and crime history (even if it has already been cleared).
