City Guide for Irondale, GA

"I'm a Ramblin' Wreck from Georgia Tech, and a hell of an engineer / A helluva, helluva, helluva, helluva, hell of an engineer." -- Georgia Tech

Irondale, Georgia is one of the few cities in the United States that doesn't have a past. In fact, no matter how much you look up about this city, you're going to draw blanks each and every time. But think about it -- is it really necessary to have a past to be relevant in the present? I think that was supposed come across all philosophical, but instead I've just confused myself and I'm sure you're scratching your head too, so I'll accept the embarrassment and bow out now. I will say though that it is pretty weird for a town not to have a past (it might just be because it is a Census Designated Town, so it was never "officially established") or it could be a conspiracy in which the government / Illuminati wiped the historical data off of their space computers. I really should have stopped at the last paragraph. See more

What to keep in mind when looking for apartments with washer-dryers in Irondale, GA

Finding apartments with a washer and dryer in Irondale offers more freedom and flexibility to your weekends. Throwing in the laundry before work or a Saturday afternoon bike ride and finishing it up later is inconvenient, if not impossible, without your own set-up.

There are a few things to keep in mind while looking for apartments with a washer and dryer in Irondale. Ask how old the appliances are before you sign. A washer and dryer over 10-years-old may need to be serviced regularly or have an expired warranty. You should also ask the property management who services the washer and dryer. Some leases stipulate that the landlord will pay for repairs to an essential appliance like oven or refrigerator, but require the tenant to service the washer and dryer.

Finding apartments with a washer and dryer in Irondale can go quickly, so come prepared with your bank statements, pay stubs, identification, and letters of recommendation to sign your new lease.
