Qualifications: 3x the rent amount gross household income. Accepted income: Employment with one months most recent paystubs and bank statements supporting income. Self-employed with proof of company ownership, last 3 years tax returns, and or last 3 banks statements showing 3x the rent for 12 months. No evictions in the past 2 years, and no balance owed to previous landlords ever. We score applicants through a scoring system, and late payments & collections will lower that score. There is a possibility of approval with lower scores but will require 1.5x or 2x the security deposit. We will verify rental history up to 2 years as well as your current employer. We will continue to accept applications, until we have an approved applicant and deposit paid. Everyone 18 years of age and over living in the rental will need to apply, the application fee is $50.00 per applicant. Application fees are non-refundable.
