This community just outside Tampa, Florida is a breeding ground for sports stars. Baseball players Domonic Brown and Dave Elland came from Zephyrhills, as well as Green Bay Packers player Ryan Pickett and race car drivers David and Buzzie Reutimann.
Zephyrhills may not be easy to spell or pronounce, but it's a terribly fun place to live. A community of just over 13,000 Zephyrhills is the headquarters of Zephyrhills bottled water company. Originally called Abbot Station, it was founded in 1910 as a home for Civil War Veterans. Today, it boasts a public transit system, municipal airport, renovated public library, police station and fire department. See more
Studio apartments could offer the best of Zephyrhills living at a less expensive price tag than larger units. Look for the best buildings near entertainment, dining, and public transportation or highway access.
Ask about the square footage of studio apartments in Zephyrhills during your tour. Even a little extra space in another building can offer more room for storage or an additional chair. Consider the layout and what you can accomplish before you sign. You should have enough room for your bed, a small sitting area, and a dining table. You can always get creative and loft your bed to save on space underneath or install a fold-down table or desk that tucks away.
