Downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg are all nearby, and Tampa International Airport is a short 7 miles away. Our kitchens and bathrooms include chestnut cabinetry and energy efficient Whirlpool appliances. Every apartment home offers ceramic tile flooring with carpeting in the bedrooms. All of our apartments have ground floor entry, and upstairs homes are designed with vaulted ceilings and a bonus room which converts well into an office or den. Our community is host to a variety of monthly social events and residents are able to enjoy resort style amenities, which include boardwalks along our fresh and salt water canals, fishing cabanas, swimming pools featuring outdoor living areas, 24-hour fitness center, and tennis courts at their leisure.
