May 1 2021- thru Dec 31 2021 $2000/month.
Jan 1 2022 - thru April 31 2022 $3200/month.
May 1 2022 - thru Dec 31 2022 $2000/month.
Jan 1 2023 - thru April 31 2023 $3200/month.

1 month minimum rentals with monthly rates. Much better than a hotel. Roomy.

I rent from the 1st of the month to the last of the month.

All rates in US Dollars.
$150 cleaning fee. 13% tax.
50% and $300-$500 Refundable Security Damage Security Reservation Fee also required to confirm dates.
Check in is after 3pm on arrival date, and check out is before 9am on departure date.
Sorry no pets per HOA rules and also due to severe family allergies. No Smoking. Prices based on season.
