Welcome to the “Siesta Fiesta” Pool House conveniently located just 3 miles from Siesta Key & walking distance to the Siesta Key Mall. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The house comes fully stocked with all the comfy essentials plus high speed internet & 2 work stations. Highlights include a newly re-surfaced pebble pool, fully fenced private backyard with outside dining, bar, BBQ & cornhole area. This is the perfect spot to unwind with family or friends for a reunion or vacation. This 1957 built ranch style house showcases some of it’s mid-century charm but has been wonderfully updated to meet the needs and tastes of a contemporary pool house. The house is divided into two separate living areas, each with their own stylish seating and large flat screen TVs where you can enjoy our free streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+ and Amazon Video. A stylish dining area off the kitchen can accommodate up to 8 guests and If you need to get work done while on vacation the house offers 2 separate work stations where you can access our 300 MBS internet speed. The kitchen features all new quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances including a french door refrigerator and a lagoon colored glass backsplash to remind you you’re at the beach. An eat-in kitchen bar offers room for two more and allows you to participate in the living room conversation.
The house sleeps 8 comfortably in three well appointed bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The master suite offers access to the pool and features it’s own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a separate soaking tub and dual sinks. The fiesta is truly in the back of the home where you will find a beautifully resurfaced pebble tec pool inside a fully fenced yard lined with tropical Areca palms making the entire backyard a private oasis. The xeriscape landscaping showcases ¾ granite stone and a 12 X 8 paver patio with outside dining. There’s also a dedicated cornhole area, a poolside bar, BBQ grill, and lounge furniture that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
