Spacious kitchen features granite counter tops and open views of the outside pool area.  Family room is a comfortable space to gather after dinner or to relax in front of the large flat screen television.  

The Master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, sliders out to the pool deck, and walk-in closets. Separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds and other with queen bed and private bathroom with shower. 

Amenities Include: Heated pool and spa,  high speed internet with WiFi, Flat screen TV's, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, bed linens, towels for bath and pool, Outdoor seating with chairs/loungers, screened lanai, propane grill, beach chairs.   Small dog considered, with a pet fee of $250 plus carpet cleaning fee.
