Incredible views from every floor of this 2,000 sq ft well-kept rental home in Redington Shores - a quiet, friendly, laid-back, well-maintained beach neighborhood! Park your car, along with as many as 5 other cars and head up the stairs to the front door. All 1,500 sq ft of outdoor wrap-around decking is freshly stained and painted as well as the interior to give it a bright, sunny, open feel. Enter the bright yellow painted front door and you have one large room for entertaining which includes your kitchen, dining and living rooms. The furnishings give the home a tropical, colorful, beach vibe. There is a powder room on this floor and an enclosed patio area opposite the front patio that serves as the third bedroom - with a small office at one end and a futon couch (converts into a twin bed) with TV and a large walk in closet at the other end. This bedroom is best for a child or one adult. Head up the wide stairs to the bedroom level and you will find the laundry closet at the top of the staircase and a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs. The views from both bedrooms have spectacular views of the intercoastal and can be enjoyed from your bedroom or out on your deck. Both patios have places to enjoy the water from a hammock or a porch swing to catch the marine life and boats going by. Head upstairs to the rooftop and enjoy 360 degree views of the Gulf and Intercoastal. Watch the sunrise from the east and the sun set to the west all from your rooftop deck without having to leave your home!! The AC unit is 5 years old and the water heater is 4 years old. There is also ample storage (all three bedrooms have huge walk-in closets) and a beach shed downstairs on the street level with a beach wagon, chairs, cooler and umbrella. This home is 900 feet from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk at the corner to get safely across Gulf Shore Blvd. This home is also part of a HOA that offers residents use of the private Beach Club (see pictures) on the beautiful, white sandy Gulf beaches at any time, which includes free parking available to only residents of our HOA. And one can simply walk across the residential street (30 steps) and access the public easements that have been allotted to residents on the peninsula to sit on a bench and enjoy being right down on the Intercoastal to watch the marine life and boats speed by. There is a convenient trolley stop right at the corner and it travels as far north as Clearwater (30 min trolly ride) or as far south as St Pete Beach for $5 dollars a day! You don't ever have to drive if you don't wish to. There are 5 restaurants within walking distance from the home, a tavern, a public tennis court right on the Intercoastal, and an ice cream/candy shop on the corner! This home has two queen beds, 1 sofa in the living room that can be converted to a full bed, 1 futon couch that lays down to a full bed in the 3rd bedroom and 1 full-sized mattress stored in the closet for a total of 7 - 10 people for those that may need room when guests wish to visit. The home is available starting October 1. The owner prefers a one year lease but will consider a 6 month lease as well.
