Leasing Process: 1. Request an application via text. 2. Print, fill out and Return your application with proof-of-income attached. 3. Fill out the H.O.A application for a background check and drop it off at their office along with your background check fee (Located on Mariner Blvd. (This full information will be in your leasing application). 5. Schedule a walk-through of the property, after approvals with both owner's office and H.O.A., 6. Sign contract. 7. Make a deposit of half the total of First, Last & Security (Check or money order only) $3,300 down 8.
