I am the owner of a 3 Bedroom/2 bath located in Port St. Lucie available for rent in October 2019 for $1450.00 per month. Here are some details about the property...
* Great and safe neighborhood (quite too)/great school district
* Huge backyard (great for the kids- no pools of any kind please)
*Large screened in porch
*Washer/Dryer hookup in garage (landlord is not supplying a washer and dryer)
*Updated kitchen (marble floors in bathrooms and kitchen)
*Central air
*Large garage (landlord will have use of half of the garage for storage-no junk, just some furniture)
*Close to hospitals, dining, shopping and the beach
*Master bath in main bedroom is handicap accessible
*Large beautiful palm trees in front and back of house (tenant is responsible for keeping grass mowed and in accordance to local ordinances and removal of weeds, owner is responsible for maintaining palm trees)
*ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND
*Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant
*No more than 3 adults or one family will reside in the unit (no long term guests)
*2 month's security due upon move in (cash, cashier's check, money order only) =$2900.00
