This is a 600 square foot apartment attached to our house in the beautiful Bid A Wee neighborhood in Panama City Beach. You will have your own space, private entrance, and your own outdoor patio area (including an outdoor shower to wash off the sand). The apartment shares a wall with our living area and we are good neighbors :)

You will have access to a 2,000 foot stretch of some of the best beaches in the world, available only to people living in this neighborhood. Close to Pier Park and shopping.

Requirements:
Lease term is 6 months minimum. $100/month discount for 1 year lease.
$1625 per month rent, plus $200/mo flat fee for utilities
Security deposit = one month rent
