This two story, 2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom townhouse features a King Master with a 50 TV overlooking the conservation area. It has an ensuite with a large tub and double sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds with a 46 TV. It also has an ensuite with a shower and double sink vanity.
The fully modern kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances. A stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and several small appliances. The living room offers a 65 flat screen television, and a comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa. Theres also a full washer and dryer.
The Regal Oaks Resort offers a temperature regulated pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court, water slides, convenience store, 24/7 security, and many other conveniences. The food at the Regal Oaks Bar and Grill (on site) is always fresh, and the chef is more than happy to accommodate various diets and lifestyles. Vegan, Gluten free, other ? no problem! Just let him know and he will prepare a delicious meal for you.
Regal Oaks is the perfect location. Situated right behind Old Town with Fun Spot right next door, entertainment abounds. Take a stroll down the brick lined street of Old Town and wander into one of the specialty shops or stop by one of the weekly Car Cruises that feature cars from many different decades. There are multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance of your home.

Lease Details:
7+ month lease: Monthly Rent is $2600/month (includes Electric, Water, Trash, Resort Fees, Basic Cable, WIFI, Jacuzzi Maintenance and Pest Control); full access to resort amenities

1-6 month lease: Monthly Rent is $2750 (additionally renter is resonsible for Florida/Osceola County Short Term Rental Tax - Sales and Use Tax = 7.5% + Tourist Development Tax = 6%; 13.5% Total)

Additional Fees:
$235 one-time Cleaning Fee
$1300 security deposit is fully refundable

Requirements for rental:
Long Term Rentals (7 months+): 1st, last, security deposit and cleaning fee due 60 days prior to move in date.
Short Term Rental (1-6 monhts): Payment is due in full 60 days prior to move-in date
Note: Property not held until deposit has been received
