This is a Condo Association that requires a Minimum Credit Score of 680, 100$ Processing Fee, Interview for Approval, and Clean Background check. There is a 1 car Limit Maximum of 2 people permitted to reside at the residence. Pets are permitted BUT only Full grown weight of 20lbs or less, NO Aggressive Breeds, Must be Approved by the Condo Association. ***WE ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR ALL TYPES OF TENANTS, SUCH AS REGULAR TENANTS, SECTION 8, AND ASSISTED LIVING*** **FOR SECTION 8 TENANTS ONLY, WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING $1000 FOR SECURITY INSTEAD OF RENT PRICE** Your application is good for 3 months (90 days) for any of our properties. ONLY Apply 1 time for 3 months. It takes between 1-5 business days to process the application. You should receive a text when your application is processed. If you do not receive a text after 5 business days, please contact us for your results. If you have any Evictions in the last 7 years you will be Denied. If you have any Felonies you will be Denied. IF YOU ARE A SECTION 8 TENANT, when you get to the employer section, put Section 8 and voucher size as your employer and your address/info for employer info. You may also upload a copy of your voucher but this is optional.
