Dolphins, Manatees and tropical birds are part of the every day sites that you can spot on the river. A great place to bring your boat offering deep water and dock available plus launching ramp. This home lets you enjoy the Florida lifestyle to its fullest. The Inlet to the ocean is also not far away. The location is close to supermarkets , restaurants, shops, and of course the beach.

The area along the river is beautiful with sidewalks and a bike path stretch of seven miles along the river with beautiful parks to picnic right on the river.

Maynard May Park is about a mile away with a beach, boat ramp and a fishing pier all free admission.

The home offers a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twins that can also easily be transformed into a king bed if needed. The 3rd bedroom has a day bed with 2 twins , the 4th possibility to sleep 2 more people is a pull out couch in the front room facing the river. There is a living room with a large Flat screen TV that opens into the open kitchen and dining area. The back of the house has a small cottage with private laundry and a place to put your private things like bikes, etc. There is also a enclosed area for your 4 legged kid if you would like to take your pet with you on vacation. The back yard has a paved court yard area for grilling and outside dining. The home is landscaped nicely and has plenty of parking.
