This beautifully built, private pool home is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the quaint shops on Flagler Ave. It boosts a large open living room with gorgeous mahogany wooden ceiling and a nice leather comfy sectional couch in front of a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite movies. There is also a seating area for two to read a book or just to relax after the beach
The view from the living room is the open custom built kitchen and custom island with seating for 6 and for the wine enthusiast a wine fridge to keep your wine at the perfect temperature. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with anything your heart desires to make cooking fun. It you like to cook youre going to love this kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a door to the outside deck and pool area with a grill and outside dining area to enjoy the Florida lifestyle outside. Along with lounge chairs to bath in the sun. The pool area has a covered porch area to get out of the sun and also an outside shower to wash off after the beach.
The bedrooms are dreamy. The master bedroom has a large king bed with closet space leading into an en suite bathroom with a large shower and seating area with French doors leading to the outside pool area.
The 2nd bedroom is painted in a fun Florida Lime color with tray ceilings and large comfy Queen bed
The 3rd bedroom has a day bed that can sleep two, with a nice seating area and a private full bath with shower that also leads to the outside pool area.
The pool area is large and inviting with lounge chairs and outdoor dining area.
The pool is 3 Ft. deep in the shallow end and the deep end 6 Ft. over 36 Ft long and also has a covered porch area The back yard is enclosed, and private from the tropical soft southern yew hedges.
The house has a wash machine and dryer, a large driveway and the location is close to all if you want to park your car for the week.
New Smyrna Beach offers driving and parking right on the beach and also has a no drive beach up 27th Ave.
We have some of the best restaurants around and also the nick name of New Smyrna Beach is The Hidden Gem where the Floridians vacation. Just a beautiful beach town with all types of things to do from fishing, watching wildlife, paddle boarding, shopping in quaint shops, or just enjoying the beach. This area offers something for every age to enjoy.
