Minimum 30-day stays, open to stays up to 4-5 months.

In season pricing: January - April ($10,000/mo)
Off season pricing: May - October ($9,500/mo)

***December 2023 is offered at $6,500.00/mo***
***January 2024 is offered at $8,000/mo***

**If renting for more than 2 months, negotiable on monthly rate**.

Our Longboat Key Beachside Bliss home is ready to welcome you! Enjoy your Florida sunshine and tropical beach life in Longboat Key we have it all!

Our spacious condo offers ocean and lakefront water views, provides you with private beach access and includes resort-like amenities with a heated pool and spa, 2/ fitness centers, grill area & pickle ball/tennis courts.

We offer all the amenities you would want in a beach retreat, with the added bonus of being 5 minutes away from the famous St. Armand's Circle for all your dining, shopping and entertainment needs.

This gated community is in a park-like setting and your private beach comes w/loungers all set for your relaxing day of sun, waves and soft white sand on your feet!

THE SPACE:
Step into Longboat Key Beachside Bliss and open concept living, which includes a balcony, perfect for enjoying those beautiful sunset views.

Our 2BR/2BA condo is a 5th floor unit, with elevator access.

Two spacious bedrooms (primary with king bed, guest bedroom has 2 single beds) with plenty of closet space. Our condo offers an open floor plan for you to always be one step away from lakeside and ocean views.

Open the balcony sliders to hear the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves and wash all your worries away.

A BONUS - you get 2 assigned parking spaces, one covered (under the building) and one closest to the unit. Easy access to your front door.

Beach towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.

GUEST ACCESS:
There are elevators for your use and convenience during your stay. Plenty of guest parking, in addition to the 2 assigned parking spots you have.

Guests get full access to the community amenities. Enjoy walks on the many paths around the well-manicured grounds or a game of tennis or pickleball.

You can walk straight to the private beach with your night cap and take in the world renowned Sarasota sunsets and soft sands.
