Two bedrooms located on the 2nd floor can accommodate 4 guests. The rear master bedroom with queen bed overlooks the golf course, while the front guest bedroom with full-size bed has French doors opening to its sunny balcony. The living room sofa converts to a sleeper/lounge.

The spacious back porch overlooks the first hole of the Rees Jones-designed 18-hole golf course, where you can dine as you watch golfers play, observe the natural wildlife, or watch the sun set. The larger-than-usual backyard offers grilling, and allows room for little ones to run around and tire themselves out for bed.
