The dock has 50 amp electric service, WIFI, private dock box, ice machine, cable, in-slip pump out, soft water, dock box, full time Dock master & security. This private marina is outfitted with 82 slips with Brazilian hardwood fixed docks and is one of the most protected harbors on the West Coast of Florida. The main access channel is extraordinarily deep with 8’ depth to handle large vessels. These slips within the marina can accommodate large watercraft's from 34' to 110'. This slip in particular is for about 50'. With easy access to the Gulf of Mexico via Boca Ciega Bay you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico via Johns Pass or the Pass-A-Grille channel which makes it easy to visit all of Tampa Bay and Downtown St. Petersburg. The slip measures 50’x20’. PYCC is also a member of The Yachting Club Of America and offers 24/7 security with a professional Dock Master on site 7 days a week from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Renter would also be responsible for the electrical and utility charges, per the rules and regs info attached.
