Stone cottage built in 1940 in the bed & breakfast district, just blocks from the Hippodrome and Depot Park. House will be available June 2023.

The street is quiet and the space is very private. You'll find woodgrain tile throughout the living area, granite in the kitchen, a nice gas stove range to cook on, and a big French door fridge. There's lots of storage space in the bathroom, and if you're musically inclined, there's a recently tuned piano near the entry.
