We are a Beautiful charming cottage on property located in Dania Beach, Florida.

The property sits on 4 Lots. Fully Fenced.
5 minutes from beach!

Located 10 minutes west from I-95 and east from the Hard Rock Casino Hotel

We are also 5 minutes from Dania Beach.

Its a gorgeous private tropical cottage behind an Estate home. Fully fenced for privacy.

As you walk in there is Kitchen on left and then the living area is a grand room.

1 LARGE bedroom with private full bathroom

Large living room area then straight ahead Private Guest Hand Washing room and Toilet with door. Seperate Shower on Side on hallway.
