A place to kick back, relax and leave your cares on the mainland. This coastal chic retreat boasts of all the modern conveniences of home and is available for your private enjoyment December 2020 and March 2021 thereafter. The home looks out upon the Bocilla Lagoon and the sunsets can only be described as breathtaking. Up the flight of stairs to an open floor plan marked with high ceilings and shrouded in natural light. The kitchen serves as the hub of the space is fully stocked for those looking to put their culinary skills to the test. As the days cool, push open the sliders and let the saltwater breeze rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit. The Florida room is wrapped in windows so you can be witness to nature's own highlight reel. The master features an ensuite bathroom with the comfort of Queen sized accommodations, as is the case in the guest bedroom. A private suite is located downstairs and would well accommodate overnight guests, in laws or adult children with a queen sized bedding, living space and a private bathroom. Follow the paved path under the home to the private pool area. This salt water pool offers a comfortable temperature for year round enjoyment of 85 degrees and looks out to the lagoon. For those with an adventurous spirit, 2 kayaks are provided. A quick jaunt to the Intracoastal and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Manatee and dolphins are common sightings. Dock on the beach and search for shells and shark teeth. Rinse off the salt in the outside shower and finish off the night with dinner on the charcoal BBQ. If you prefer not to cook, take the electric golf cart down to Rum Bay for dinner and cocktails in a casual setting. Additional fees apply for golf cart renting. The boat lift and jet ski are unavailable for guest use. The ferry runs 7 days a week, from 6:30 am to 10:00pm (11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday).
