Beach Place has been just updated with fresh paint and new furniture and an additional bathroom and amenities for your enjoyment. Master Bedroom  is located on the top floor and features a king bed, flat screen television, an en-suite bathroom and private lanai overlooking the Gulf. The main floor guest rooms accommodate guests in a Queen bed with Gulf views and a colorful twin bedroom. Room for 2 additional guests on the sleeper sofa.

Amenities Included:  High Speed Internet with WiFi,  Flat Screen TVs, central heat and AC,  fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, bed linens, towels for bath and beach.  Beach and lounge chairs, propane grill, 2 kayaks and life vest, private dockage/kayak launch, community boat dockage, community pool and tennis courts. No pets allowed, no smoking and please no additional guests congregating at community facilities/beach accesses or common areas. 

Palm Island  is a barrier island 7 miles long between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on the Gulf coast. There are beautiful beaches, harbors, and lagoons. Great fishing and shelling only accessible by a short 10 minute car ferry or private boat. Our beaches are some of the most pristine and quiet in all of coastal Florida. There are no high rises - just unspoiled nature, magnificent views,  unpaved sandy roads, and a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere. There is one restaurant called the Rum Bay that serves lunch and dinner. The car ferry runs continually from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday.
