Across the highway there is a gorgeous boardwalk overlooking a fountain and past that just a little ways at Lake Concord Park (a mile or so) you can enjoy the popular "Family Fun Nights: Movie in the Park" which is held on the first Friday of each month (free by the way). This event is sponsored by the city; just bring your own chair. Are those sharks with laser beams attached to their heads,you ask? No, they are the headlights from the food truck line up you can enjoy with your movie.
