This fantastic vacation villa has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & boasts almost 1,900 sq ft of living space. Its lanai with a solar-heated pool has a spectacular southern exposure for you to enjoy the Florida sun from sunrise to sunset. When entering the foyer, you will find a lovely bar area with seating for up to six. There is an informal eating area with a beautiful view of the spacious lanai & pool area. The master bedroom is found off of the foyer & features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV &private access to the lanai through the sliders. The attached master bathroom suite includes a walk-in shower as well as a double-sink vanity. There is a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of room for your wardrobe & shopping treasures. The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house for added privacy. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the other offers two twin-size beds.
