Broadview Park is so small that it's essentially just a neighborhood in nearby Plantation, but it is a lovely residential area with easy access to nearby Fort Lauderdale. If you like the beach, this is a good city for you. It's only a 15 minute drive to the coast, so you can be in the sun and the sand whenever you want. There's plenty to do in the area. You can play in Sunview Park if you want to stay in Broadview Park, or you can head into Plantation to play at the Plantation Preserve Golf Course or check out the Plantation Historical Museum. There's lots more to do in Fort Lauderdale, like the Museum of Discovery and Science and the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale.
