To apply for home, the following fees are due at time of application:
• Application fee of $55/occupants age 18 or older paid to avail.
• Holding fee of $300 paid at time of application- if approved, $300 will be credited to security deposit.
If denied, $300 will be refunded within 14 days. Lessee must select move in date within 14 days of application approval.
• Executed lease agreement by both parties, security deposit, and first months rent are due within 72 hours of application approval.
