Pet Policy
1. Each Pet (Cat or Small Dog) & This includes Emotional Support Animal.
2. Pet Security Deposit - $350 per Pet.
3. Pet Month Charge $25 per month per Pet.

Tenant is Responsible for - Electric
Owner is responsible for Water & Sewer for the unit. Everything else is responsibility of the tenant.
